Arrival and collection times are: Monday - Friday morning 7am - 10am, lunchtime 1pm -2pm afternoon 4pm - 5:30
Saturday and Sunday morning 8am - 10am, lunchtime 1pm - 2pm afternoon 4pm - 5pm We are closed to customers on Bank Holidays. We do not accept drop off or collections out of hours. Our great team will care for every guest throughout the day to ensure they have a fabulous holiday, we live onsite therefore you will be safe in the knowledge that our guest have access to 24hr room service if required. We will ensure we take note of everything we have fed our guests and every activity. Our guests (the doggies and the owners) are welcome to visit the hotel before their holiday, to meet the staff and see all our facilities ensuring they enjoys their holiday and are as happy as they can be!
We give you the peace of mind that you need, we have Farm Cam cameras to ensure your pooches safety and stop any late-night parties. Our kennels are fully alarmed and CCTV covers our site. All our rooms are named after a cartoon dog so, providing that room is free you can choose which room you would like your pooch to stay in click here to see our gallery. We supply dry dog food (chargeable at £1 per dog per day) but if you do not want to interfere with eating habits you are welcome to bring your own food. Please advise when booking.
We will dry our guest if necessary on wet days... This will enrich our guests stay and one to one time.
